A new leadership team was formed as a result of a business re-organisation. There was a pressing need to put in place a plan for the year ahead and to hit the ground running as an effective leadership team. Roles and accountabilities were unclear but everyone was enthusiastic about the future, uncertainty and lack of momentum were the immediate risks to success.
