Andy is an experienced Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Team Coach with a track record of working with leaders to achieve the transformational change necessary to deliver growth, high employee engagement and strong customer experience.
A successful leader of large, international and matrix teams, across a wide range of sectors including telecommunications, transport and financial services and experience of world-class organisations such as Virgin Atlantic and BT. Able to operate at board level, Andy can draw on his experience in human resources, operational and transformational roles to secure the backing to make things happen, create the alignment and energy necessary to lead change and demonstrate a sustained impact on results. Andy now provides consultancy services to a range of clients such as Mars Inc, Astellas Pharma, Octopus Investments, Herbalife, Hult EF and Dassault Systemes.
Andy works with senior leaders in several ways: facilitating the strategic planning process, designing the best organisation and people processes to deliver business growth, culture change programmes and developing leaders who can inspire those around them to achieve amazing results. Andy has a particular interest in how future trends can be embraced to create a more positive, innovative, and compassionate workplace.
Andy’s clients value his warm yet challenging style, and his capacity to get to the heart of the matter quickly and sensitively. A naturally creative person, Andy stimulates ideas and brings new perspectives to achieve transformational thinking by his clients.
With a degree in Economics, Andy also has a Masters in Organisation Development from Roffey Park and was awarded the title of Professor of Practice by Ashridge in 2020 for his teaching and Organisation Design consultancy work. Andy is a qualified Team and Executive Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching.
